British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) have recently announced the opening fixtures for the 2022/23 UK university sport season.
The 2022/23 season of BUCS Super Rugby will once again raise the curtain on the UK university sport calendar. League champions Durham will take on Loughborough in their bid to make it three Championships in a row on Wednesday 28th September.
Whilst October 12th marks the first BUCS Wednesday of the 2022/23 season, Premier Divisions in most sports typically start one week later. Top divisions in popular sports such as Volleyball, Football, and Hockey will begin on the 5th of October, with the remaining Tiers starting a week later, on the 12th.
