The BUCS Golf Tour is played at some of the UK’s most prestigious courses. This week, three golf events will tee off not only the 2022/23 BUCS Golf Tour but also the UK university sporting calendar.

Events Taking Place In September
There are three Golf tournaments taking place this month as students attempt to secure the first BUCS points and medals of the 2022/23 university sport season.
Stirling Golf International Tournament

The Stirling International will be the first R&A Student Tour Series event and the first BUCS Golf Tour event for 2022-23.
The 11th Stirling Golf International Tournament will take place at the Royal Montrose Golf Course, the world’s 5th oldest golf course. The 36 holes will be completed across two days, with round one on Tuesday the 20th, and round two taking place on Wednesday the 21st.

The 2022 Midlands Tournament will take place at Hollinwell Golf Club in Nottingham. Founded in 1887, the club moved to its current location at Hollinwell in 1901, making it the County’s oldest golf club.
Over 40 male and female players from 16 different universities are set to compete in the first BUCS tournament of the year. The 36 holes will be completed across two days, with round one on Tuesday 20th and round two on Wednesday 21st.

The 17th Autumn Trophy is the third event on the 2022/23 BUCS Golf Tour and will be hosted at the stunning Alyth Golf Course in Perthshire, Scotland.
Established in 1894, Alyth Golf Club will once again host the 54-hole individual stroke play competition, which will be played over three days and feature a cut after 36 holes.
