U.K. university tennis can offer something for players of all ability levels and aspirations.
Throughout the U.K. there are some fantastic opportunities for the most ambitious tennis players to further their careers in the sport. Many of the UK’s premier tennis institutions own their own indoor facility to offer year-round training as well as offering access to well-qualified coaches.
With 360 teams playing over 12,000 matches each academic year, players of all abilities have the opportunity to join and complete regularly alongside their studies.

Tennis Scholarships
Some U.K. universities are able to offer tennis scholarships to support their student’s in competing alongside their studies, though U.K. tennis scholarships are extremely competitive. Even if a player is not considered to be the correct level for a U.K. tennis scholarship ahead of their first year at university, it would be possible to enter into the system and work their way up for future years.
We are happy to provide free guidance and support for any student who wishes to be evaluated for a potential UK university tennis scholarship.
