Becoming a registered UCAS centre is an important step that will help us enhance the service that we provide to each of our applicants when applying to universities in the U.K.

What is UCAS?

The Universities and Colleges Admissions Services, often referred to as UCAS, is a U.K. based organisation that manages the application process for colleges and universities throughout the U.K.

UCAS process over 2.5 million individual course applications each academic year, supporting both U.K. based and international students in applying to over 300 different British institutions.

As a registered UCAS Centre, it’s now even easier for us to help you pursue your degree in the UK!

When applying through UCAS, each student has the option of applying for a maximum of 5 different courses. It is important to use those selections wisely in order to give yourself the best chance of securing an offer.

As an official UCAS registered centre we are able to provide our applicants with free, independent advice on creating a high quality UCAS application at institutions that are best suited to their needs.

Applicants who opt to use our service will benefit from:

  • Personalised Advice: We help students to evaluate what U.K. university courses match their academic grades and career ambitions.

  • UCAS Application Advice: We inform a student of all the documents they need to collect to complete a UCAS application

  • Personal Statement: We provide our students with guidelines on creating their personal statement and review their draft statements.

  • Document Management: We can upload references and predicted grades on behalf of our applicants.

  • Quality Check: Ahead completing a UCAS application, we will perform a quality check to ensure everything is in place and our applicants stand the best possible chance of success.

  • Submit:  Once all is in order, we will submit applications to UCAS on behalf of our students

  • Monitor: We will be able to monitor and check the status of each UCAS Undergraduate applications on behalf of our students, providing important updates and advice where required.

  • UCAS Extra and Clearing: There are further opportunities for students to apply beyond the traditional deadlines. We will help students navigate through UCAS Extra if they decline their original offers or move through clearing if required.

  • Pre-Departure Advice: Should a student decide to accept an offer, we will provide helpful pre-departure advice relating to housing and the student visa process.
